Registration
Desk open at 6:30 a.m. No booth set-up before registration. Artist chooses space. $35.00 per 15' of snow fence; $60.00 for double space. (If the show is held inside, the spaces are 10' and no fencing). No commissions. Non-refundable for cancellations. Fees for unacceptable media will be returned.
Awards
Committee's 1st, 2nd, 3rd Award both in fine arts and crafts for overall show excellence. These awards include cash and/or ribbons.
Food
Beverages, lunch and snacks available throughout the day. A Continental Breakfast provided to artists and helpers by Friends of the Library.
Entertainment
Musical entertainment for the enjoyment of all.
Deadline
Registration is open through the day of the fair or until 50 entries are received. Fees will be returned if the quota is filled.
Acceptable Media
All work must be original in concept and execution. Acceptable items include painting (all media), graphics, sculpture and carving, drawing, stained glass, blown glass, textiles and stitchery, fiber work, batik, leather, jewelry, collage paperwork, enamel, photography and other recognized fine art. Well-designed and constructed craft items may also be exhibited. Each exhibitor must create the arts and crafts they are exhibiting. Imported items and those purchased for resale are not acceptable. If your type of art has not been listed and you are in doubt about its eligibility, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope for a reply. All entries will be at the discretion of the Committee.
