Minutes of the Clintonville Public Library Board of Trustees

December 17, 2003

The regular meeting of the Clintonville Library Board was held on Wednesday, December 17, 2003 at 4:10 p.m. at the Library, with Jerald Schoenike presiding. At 4:15 Cathy Belliveau took over.

The following members responded to roll call: Virginia Federwitz, Dick Koeppen, Sandy Loberg, Tom O'Toole, and Jerald Schoenike. Cathy Belliveau arrived at 4:15 p.m.

Absent: Beverly Kersten
Others present: Kathy Mitchell

The Open Meeting Statement.

The minutes of the November 19, 2003 regular meeting were approved as corrected on motion by Sandy Loberg, seconded by Jerald Schoenike. All present voted aye. Motion carried.

The Financial Report and Special Accounts Reports were approved as printed on motion by Dick Koeppen, seconded by Tom O'Toole. All present voted aye. Motion carried.

The total expenses, including salaries, in the amount of $42,763.76, were allowed for payment on motion by Cathy Belliveau, seconded by Tom O'Toole. All present voted aye. Motion carried.

The Librarian's Report was read, discussed and ordered filed.

Business:

OWLS Membership Agreement. Jerald Schoenike made a motion to accept the OWLS Membership Agreement. It was seconded by Sandy Loberg. All present voted aye. Motion carried.

2003 Budget. Authorization was given to Director Kathy Mitchell to pay the bills through December 31, 2003.

2004 Budget & Salary Schedule. Salaries were left at a 3% raise. No action was taken

The meeting was adjourned at 4:45 p.m. on motion by Dick Koeppen, seconded by Tom O'Toole. All present voted aye. Motion carried.
