Due to lack of a quorum, the regular meeting was not held, but was rescheduled for Thursday, March 25, at 4:00 p.m.

Due to lack of a quorum, the rescheduled regular meeting was not held. The Director will follow the Invoice Payment Procedure for Lack of Quorum so that the March bills can be paid. They will be approved at the regular April meeting of the Board. The Director will also conduct a poll of all Board Members concerning the reinvestment of the library CD which came due on March 18, 2004.
