Minutes of the Clintonville Public Library Board of Trustees

October 24, 2007
A special meeting of the Clintonville Library Board was called to order by Cathy Belliveau at 4:03 p.m. in accordance with Wisconsin Open Meeting Laws and ADA requirements.
The following members responded to roll call: Cathy Belliveau, Virginia Federwitz, Ray Kasel, Joan Paulson, and Jerald Schoenike.
Late: Sandy Loberg arrived at 4:08 p.m.
Excused absent: Tom O’Toole
Others present: Kathy Mitchell and Lisa Kuss
Citizens Forum: No citizens present
BUSINESS
Lisa Kuss, city administrator, presented the carpeting bids from Torborg’s and D. Mitchell Interiors. She recommended accepting the bid from Torborg’s as it was the lower of the two bids.
Schoenike moved, Kasel seconded to accept the Torborg bid of $23,950. for carpeting plus $295. for moving furniture. Motion carried.
Kasel moved, Loberg seconded to accept Total Relocation’s bid for moving furniture and books unless Yerges can keep the lower bid with the extended time period. Motion carried.
Kathy Mitchell, Cathy Belliveau, and the staff will select the color for the carpeting.
Moved by Schoenike, seconded by Kasel to adjourn at 4:25 p.m.
