Story Times begin September 8th

Learning English as a Second Language
A laptop computer is now available for use in the library loaded with Rosetta Stone® software for learning English as a second language. The program uses real-life images, written text, and the voices of native speakers to help improve the literacy and reading skills of people learning English. The computer and software were funded through an LSTA grant. For more information call or ask at the desk.

Online Language Learning Program
Tell Me More is an award-winning language learning program for beginning and advanced students that has just been added to InfoSoup. To learn English, Spanish, French, German, Italian or Dutch login with your library card number and create an account. Tell Me More will track your progress as you go. This online program is funded through an LSTA grant.

Tax Forms
Tax forms are available at the library. Federal Forms and State Forms are also available online and can be printed on your home computer.

For information about the Stimulus Package click here.Those who normally don't have to file a tax return can check out tax package 1040A-3 to see information on, and an example of how to file for the stimulus payment. The deadline for filing for the stimulus payment is October 15, 2008.
